A reasonably priced hotel. I stayed on a Saturday night in early April. The room was very clean, inclusive of all; the beds fresh, and I slept well, ready for the next day of travel. The bath and sink could be updated or at least some waterproof paint touch-ups for the ceiling, but both were clean. A previous visitor broke the floor lamp switch and there could be better wiring for TV/desk area, one wall socket short, or move the coffee maker to the rear, but electric still is short there. The room was a decent price and they have a great location convient to the Village of Ogunquit and it's beach. We had a couple of issues with the people above us but Liza the manager handled everything and no more issues. The other big issue was the driveway was not plowed or salted which created an issue. Overall a decent stay , but I would suggest a little fresh paint and a good tidy up before next season. Of note Liza was top notch in handling everything and making people feel welcome !
The girl behind the desk was great. Very personable and gave great recommendations. Unfortunately I forgot her name. The room upon entering smelled of Marijuana that permeated from the floor below. The rooms need updating and certain things like the shower tub and curtain hooks need to be replaced. The linens were clean and smelled amazing. Not a bad place if looking for a budget place that is an ok walk to the Marginal Way or Ogunquit.
Was not particularly clean, musty/moldy and buggy. Would not stay again. The manager in the evening was kind and helpful and helped us move accommodations, but that did not make up for a bad experience overall.
