Tom is AWESOME. This was my first experience selling precious metals and I couldn’t be more pleased. He was patient, knowledgeable, and educated me on what I was dealing with and gave me a very reasonable buying price. I would 100% recommend this business to ANYONE. Seriously, Tom…thank you!

Just left this store! I had the best experience selling some pieces - much higher quote than I was anticipating! Tom was so nice and he was very respectful of my time and I was a walk in so I told him to help a couple that came in with an appointment. He was very busy but definitely never felt ignored. I would suggest to anyone needing to buy or sell jewelry- take it to this establishment! I’ll be back if I find anything else I need to sell!

I've done business with the owner for several years and he's always treated me well. He provides good deals, discounts when buying bulk and he ships promptly while packaging items thoroughly. He's very professional so there's not much more I could ask for.
