I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with this body shop, and I cannot recommend them to anyone. I brought my Mercedes-Benz E350 in for repairs, and while the visible bodywork was completed, the shop failed to finish the job correctly. My car required a computer calibration after the repairs, and the owner repeatedly assured me that someone would be sent to handle it. Despite multiple phone calls and follow-ups, no one ever came. I found researching a reliable shop to replace a passenger door for my BMW stressful. I received estimates from two other shops, a shop that specialized in BMWs was extremely expensive, unfriendly and needed a month to do the work, another shop was not responsive but slightly cheaper because they used old parts. I was relieved to find Stage Collision Center, they gave a reasonable estimate, new parts and would take them five days to do the work.
