Really, worse customer Service. Mitch from STAG ELECTRICAL, behaviour was rude and racist. Really unacceptable. When asking for battery installation, he kept telling me for one cheap brand and the brand I was asking for, he said, was more expensive, whereas I never asked for a cheap battery. He decided based on my suburb, I can't afford to have a better battery. When asked how he decided which one was expensive for me, he hung up the phone. Got a proposal signed and approved on Friday by a salesman-very knowledgeable about solar products. Deposit paid. Call on Monday from a different guy saying they couldn’t install the same configuration(approved on Friday). Offered different configuration than chosen earlier . I refused the new proposal and got refund for the old one. Not recommended.
These guys couldn’t have been more efficient if they had tried. They went over and beyond to work out problems I had in my location to get solar connected until they reached a solution, nothing was a problem. No question was a hassle to be answered and I was not harassed with multiple daily phone calls or emails once I inquired about solar in the beginning. They let me work at my own pace. Once I was ready to go , they installed my unit and it was up and running within the day. DEFINITELY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Josh, Hattie & the rest of the gang at Stag Electrical installed our ducted reverse cycle. They are down to earth, professional and will advise you of the best system for your needs at an extremely competitive price. HIGHLY recommend Stag Electrical.
