Used for several years for annual chimney sweep, no problems. This year also needed firebricks replacing. Four appointments booked, all cancelled or no show. Feels like my expectation for them to turn up to scheduled appointment was unrealistic. After the last no show I was promised a callback to re-arrange. Ten days later and nothing. Won’t use again.
Have used this company to service 2 boilers and also fix a fault at a later date. Andy is always polite and respectful of our property. Would definitely recommend.
Fabulous service, somewhat out of Andy’s normal patch but he travelled to Derbyshire to service our Esse oil cooker and Mistral oil boiler. No hesitation in recommending Staffordshire Heating Ltd.
