Started reflexology sessions for stress relief at first. I learned that it may help with my blood sugar and blood pressure. There seems to be a gradual decrease in my blood sugar and it is very relaxing.
Along with the relaxing foot massage and stress reduction, it has helped my blood pressure and my hip and low back pain. I will definitely continue to keep coming back. Very professional and comfortable.
