Even if they have gone through their day they always answer their phone if I have questions or it’s been a crazy day and I need to talk. I found myself here after having a stroke November 2017. My son and his "better half" looked long and hard to find just the right place for my needs. I moved in Jan 6, 2018, and have found this to be a perfect place for me. The food is excellent and meal times are a pleasure. Every single staff member works hard to make sure each resident is well cared for and feels right at home. I never thought that I would be in a nice place like this “Stafford Suites” all the staff are so helpful and the food is delicious and some times they have live music, they have bus service to take you shopping or Dr. appt.
Wonderful caring people work here in this beautiful place, and they take such good care of my parents. I can't say enough good things.
This place offered my mom a year and a half of loving care: great nursing, fabulous caregivers, responsive staff, and much-needed coordination with hospice. It's expensive and out of the way, but its smaller size meant more personal attention and ease in meeting others, to the extent she could. I miss these people, whom I could depend on to treat my dignified mother like family in her last month's. Five stars and eternal gratitude.
