Josh and his guys do a great job and are very reasonably priced. Always goes above and beyond to get everything taken care of as soon as possible. He does not nickel and dime you for small things and has not even charged for small jobs before!! I’m a property manager and use him for all my ac needs and he’s always there that day taking care of it!! I would give him 10 stars if I could!!
Josh, Dakota and the team are true professionals. Arrived on time to rip out old and install my new heat pump. They are very knowledgeable in their trade and were able to answer all my questions. Their customer service and attitudes were impeccable. I felt extremely comfortable through the entire process. They also did an amazing job cleaning up after themselves once the work was all done. Stafford Services did a fantastic job insulating our new workshop. Professional, excellent communication, showed up early and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend these folks.
AC unit went out a few days before the holidays. Another company quoted unit & hookup. Don w/ Stafford Services was recommended... I found Don to be upfront & honest estimate on your HVAC needs. Definitely on point knowledge, minute details in how ducts & hookup was done. Showed me issues verses just telling me... Quite worth & happy with Stafford Services... TY
