I've been a long term patient/customer at this location. I have never had any issues with doctors or the nurse practitioners but the office staff, Marie Dress and Layla are very rude and inconsiderate to patient/customer gripes. I recently had a billing issue and the way it was handled was poor. I had a preventive care visit which would have been free. I was sent a letter telling me I was due for a visit. Terrible! The wait in the waiting room is AT LEAST an hour. Every time! They have no time management and must over book. Then the nurse practitioner spends less than 5 minutes with you. You wait all that time for nothing. Forget calling them if you have a question. It's all machines. When I found out I was pregnant I knew I needed somewhere better. First, I would like to say I loved the NP Pam. She was funny and understanding. I never saw a doctor, I had to request one for an Ob visit because as a new patient I had never seen any of the doctors. Most of the front office staff is less than friendly and personal conversations are sometimes inappropriate. I was charged an insane amount of money to have my blood drawn which my insurance didn't cover because there was also a lab bill. The lab work that was run at my first Ob appointment had nothing to do with my life style ... read more
Do not go to this practice. They are dangerously over booked and have too many patients to give any one patient proper care. Test results and phone messages go unanswered. You can't speak to anyone on the phone. Wait times are in excess of two hours. The staff is rude and unhelpful. A doctor will never speak with you unless you are at an appointment and, even then, you only have about 5 minutes before the doctor runs out of the door. They are going to malpractice themselves.
