I have recently purchased my new motorcycle from Stafford motorcycle company and it truly was 5 star, a very positive experience! Outstanding customer service from firstly messaging Cat, to enquire about the bike, Cat sent over a full commentary video of the bike, and answered any questions I had, on arrival at the showroom, meeting Steve Snr, who was very welcoming, no pushy salesman tactics, I was given all the time I wanted to look at the bike start her up, and very knowledgeable, answering all questions I had. I have had both my bikes serviced and MoT’t and have received friendly quality service- I would highly recommend.
Met Dave this morning for a MOT . Managed to get me in super quick. Had a look around the show room and job was done. Proper honest gentleman Dave is , will definitely be coming back even if it’s to pop by for a brew. All the best Kieron
