Longest wait for an appointment every time. Every single time.
They are terrible with timings. Always overbook and then make people wait for hours. When you question their front staff, they don’t have a valid reason behind the delays and are not sorry for the wait either. If you value your time, please do think before you visit. Nabila is good though. She listens to her patients well.
The wait time is so long even those you have an appointment. I think they overbooked themselves.
Having an appointment doesnt matter, they keep sending me for tests, then calling me for appointments they cant make. 3 schedulded appointments all of them over an hour of waiting. Every time im in the office the front staff tells everyone the same things. "The doctor is behind and we dont know how long it will take" "Were really behind and unsure when you will see the doctor" Now here the one that bothers me the most "the Dr is leaving after this appointment are you okay to see the assistant?" My family has been using this clinic for a year now. We are very pleased with the attitude of the doctors and staff. All the doctors are friendly, do not speak condescendingly, and are interested in your recovery. I recommend this clinic!
