The wait time is so long even those you have an appointment. I think they overbooked themselves.
Having an appointment doesnt matter, they keep sending me for tests, then calling me for appointments they cant make. 3 schedulded appointments all of them over an hour of waiting. Every time im in the office the front staff tells everyone the same things. "The doctor is behind and we dont know how long it will take" "Were really behind and unsure when you will see the doctor" Now here the one that bothers me the most "the Dr is leaving after this appointment are you okay to see the assistant?" My family has been using this clinic for a year now. We are very pleased with the attitude of the doctors and staff. All the doctors are friendly, do not speak condescendingly, and are interested in your recovery. I recommend this clinic!
Had a scheduled appointment but was kept waiting for over an hour with no updates or explanation. Staff were unprofessional and dismissive, showing no regard for patients’ time. Looking at other reviews, it’s clear this is a recurring problem at this clinic. Very disappointed with the lack of organization and basic respect. Would not recommend.
1:30 appointment at 2:30 I asked what was happening. Was not told the doctor was an hour behind schedule. I left. Important to me that staff are forthright and honest about delays.
