My first baby has been attending this daycare since she was 6 months old. She is now almost 11 months old and we've had great experiences in the infant room. The frequent updates through the app are great for myself and my husband's peace of mind. The staff is kind and attentive and they do a great job remembering even the little details. My daughter loves her teachers and it's evident every morning at drop off. As a first time parent, I was extremely nervous about daycare but the transition was seamless with Kindercare.

My child recently suffered a serious injury at Kindercare that required stitches to her forehead. While accidents can happen in any childcare setting, what concerns me is that this incident appears to be part of a larger pattern of safety issues rather than an isolated event. According to the information provided to me, my child was injured during an activity involving bubbles. We’ve had a really positive experience with KinderCare. The teachers are caring, patient, and truly attentive to each child’s needs. My daughter feels safe, happy, and excited to go every day, which means everything to us as parents. It’s been a great place for my daughter to learn, grow, and build confidence. I’m very grateful for all the support and kindness they show every day!
