Exemplary customer service. My special needs brother has been going there for years and they are super proactive with his medications and keeping me updated as needed. During covid, the pharmacist personally delivered the RX to us. Cannot recommend them enough.
Another frustrating experience at SDM, where I had shopped for years, made me try Stafford IDA the next time I needed meds. I should have gone sooner. The day before, I'd hung up on SDM after being on hold for 12 mins. I called back and surprisingly got through right away, a rare occurrence. The pharmacist confirmed that the rx had been received earlier, but said it wouldn't be ready for yet another two hours!
