Another frustrating experience at SDM, where I had shopped for years, made me try Stafford IDA the next time I needed meds. I should have gone sooner. The day before, I'd hung up on SDM after being on hold for 12 mins. I called back and surprisingly got through right away, a rare occurrence. The pharmacist confirmed that the rx had been received earlier, but said it wouldn't be ready for yet another two hours! When I moved to Ottawa, I shopped around for an independent pharmacy. l am so glad I chose this one because the owner/pharmacist Michel takes such great pride in his business. I take multiple medications that get changed, & Michel aways takes the time to ask questions & explain things. I moved, but would not consider changing pharmacies because the service from Michel & his team is personable, thorough, & compassionate. The free delivery is also another great service they offer. Highly recommend!

I have had to regularly deal with pharmacies for over 40 years. In that time - I have had good ones and some - not so good. When I decided to move my complicated list of medications to Stafford IDA - I was immediately impressed with the level of personalized service they offer.
