When first admitted i.was wineing about being t hat confined. Then all the wonderful people working there quickly showed me why i needed them. RN,s asst. Nurses and both groups of therapists were great and very careing. Thanks Aaron, Jon, Cindy, and a special for Hanna who convinced me when i said i couldnt do what was asked she just said yes you can, so do it. After that i realized it was all for my benifit. Asst. I just heard the staff here tell a potential patient a bold face lie! Abundant staff who help the patients quickly! What a lie! My call light goes unanswered for 30 minutes. And right now I am still waiting for my physical therapy that was scheduled for 1:30pm and it is now 2:00pm! I am a patient flexible person. But I have been left exposed with out a call light as well.
The staff are very professional and caring. They saved my life.
The staff was very attentive and professional. Response to the call button was good. Food was good and have to say a bit better than hospital food. All staff was concerned about my well being.
