Such a bad place, I honestly dont know how they got 5 stars on any review. The employees get used and abused and left to take care of 20 residents for 1 aid. The management doesn't help when they're short staffed and neither do the nurses. So therefore the residents get neglected. Yuk, management here is absolutely clueless.
Today was absolutely impressive. I forgot to let them know what time I was coming to get my dad for an appointment. He was still up and ready to rock and roll when I got there. Infact I held things up thinking He was in the bathroom so I waited few minutes. Headed to nurses desk to get papers and there he was paper work and all. Also big appreciation to the RCC and the lady who does transportation for helping to get all this figured out and the appointments. Hugh blessing 😊
I want to thank the staff at Avamere for taking such good care of my mother Ms Bonnie. Rachael, Shelly and Amera you were all so kind to her and I thank you so much. I know my Mom deep down appreciates all you did for her.
