Went down to HWB early this morning. I was given an immediate appointment with a very efficient physician associate who checked me over well. A prescription went direct to the pharmacy there and within an hour total I was on my way home! I was impressed by the overall professionalism kindness and competence of everyone I spoke to. Thanks all.
Terrible surgery! It is extremely difficult to get an appointment these days. It used to be a really good surgery but over the past few months I can't get an appointment with a doctor and now even a nurse! They seem to be under staffed. I was told to call 111 to get an appointment with a nurse after waiting 50 minutes on the phone. It's ridiculous! Update: I was told to go in at 8 in the morning and I did.
