Just left Dr. Tolba's office and I must say I was disappointed with the service. The office manager was rude and obnoxious. When I bought this to Dr. Tolba's attention, he tried to defend her behavior. Last time I checked, customers deserve not only the best treatment, but also the best level of dignity and respect.
