When making a Dental appointment, it's hard to get through to anyone. I usually have to drive over there and make an appointment in person.🤨 Other than that, AH is wonderful.👍 Dr. Martinez and his staff are the best!
Front desk staff is incredibly nice and check in was smooth. They were able to accommodate my daughters for their appointments. Dr. George and his dental staff are always very helpful and he is very gentle and caring.
My children have been patients of Dr. Tahira Zaidi for the past eight years, and we have always appreciated the care provided by the doctor. However, during almost every visit to the Stratford location, we have experienced unprofessional and discourteous behavior from the front desk staff. Our family lost hours of drive time, missed work, and worst of all, our sick kids waited an hour for nothing and still didn’t get seen. If you can’t honor an appointment, say so at check-in, don’t waste a family’s whole day. Completely unacceptable, especially for a sick visit.
I had two sick appointments scheduled for my kids at 3 PM. We arrived on time, checked in, provided our insurance information, signed the paperwork, and waited patiently. A full hour later, staff informed me that they couldn’t see us and we’d need to reschedule. Waiting an hour with two sick children only to be turned away is unacceptable. If the clinic couldn’t accommodate our appointment, we should have been told at check-in and not after an hour of waiting.
