Dont do it – This fella is stuck in hating his own parents, I guess. He certainly does not deal with the here and now. I agree with a previous reviewer that each contact made me feel worse. He focuses on the negative, not the positive. If you have somehow found him in your search, keep looking or be prepared to figure out the same thing after you spend a lot of money . . .
Help Wanted – I have read the previous negitive review about Bruce and I can relate to what is written but with a different therapist. I went to another therapist when I first set out on getting help and found the experience to be wretching and pulled out after spending and wasting thoulsands of dollars. I was referred to Bruce and have found him to be helpful. He has allowed me to feel good about myself and help me lick an addiction. I still have alot to do but I feel with his help I will get there. I recommend Bruce!!!!
I have to Disagree with the last review – I'm actually not one to normally write reviews, but after I read the previous review of Bruce Stafford, I felt compelled to respond. I think choosing a therapist is a very personal matter and decision. To the end, I completely respect the previous opinion, however, Bruce Stafford helped me out considerably. Think long and hard before using this man as your therapist – I saw Bruce Stafford for a considberably long time before I was smart enough to pull out and go elsewhere. He was very good at dredging up the past,all the way back into eary childhood. But there was one problem there. I did not need to go through ti again as I had done that in previous therapy and did not need any further work on it. It really made me quite angry that he forced me to go there.
