takes advantage of employees skills. No training given. and no truth first person to find a manager is right on any situation. mamagers have no respect for Callaway employees or their temps. do not explaon clearly why points are given. and they do not pay on time.

My brother came to this location with hopes of finding employment. The lady was extremely rude, and told him “ain’t nobody gone hire you” and walked him to the door. I’m saying something because I could very well drive to the location and show out but I decided to take another route. Highly do not recommend this agency. Serious lack of communication amongst staff members along with a serious intermingling between staffing agencies that cause issues. Stay away from rubbermaid and mary. And god forbid you have two agencies sending you to the same place because of a miscommunication and lack of coordination. The agency claims to work closely with the other agency in the building at rubbermaid. Apparently not. Ive called half a dozen times about a paycheck they owe me thats 3 days late now. Dont recommend working with them if they cant be bothered to pay their employees
