I was hired as a picker. I was confused on where to park at and department to go to work at. I called the place 15 minutes prior to start time to say I didn't know where at the warehouse to park at. Ever since then, they continued to be rude in saying I should have known where to go to when I obviously didn't. They offered me a packer job at a $3/hr decrease in pay.
