I had a fantastic experience with Staffa Stone! Ordered a truckload of rocks, and when the initial delivery was delayed, their team quickly apologized and got the stones to me within the hour. Fast forward to today—I came home to a surprise second truckload that was accidentally double dispatched. When I called to sort it out, they simply told me to keep the extra stones at no charge. Staffa Stone truly went above and beyond with their outstanding customer service and generosity. Highly recommend!
