There is always room for improvement, however that being said. Morning dispatch is a very active period. With one person assigning workers to work sites requires everyone to pay attention. Most of the complaints I've read on here could be avoided by potential workers signing in on the proper sign in sheet, being properly dressed and quietly listening for thier name. The attitude of office staff has greatly improved since the being of the year and should be applauded.
Dispatcher Sherman is the worst she is extremely rude!and Disrespectfulremoved from a job because I didn't want to take three people in my vehicle, plus this company never want to pay you gas ⛽ money unless you drive over 25 miles what a joke 🤣 this should be against the law!
