I go to many live music events at Wamu and TDome. Very rude staff. Very unorganized. None of their staff seem to be well informed about venue rules and policies. They confiscate personal items unwarranted and without discretion and they treat you like herding cattle.

Am here at WAMU theater now and was treated RUDELY by StaffPro employee who literally yelled at me as I was trying to locate my daughter’s pack. As a parent and customer paying good money for tickets and parking, I am NOT happy with being treated so poorly. This reflects on the venue as well. My money and business will not return - thanks to that StaffPro person (48) who essentially ruined the experience for my family. Not coming back any time soon WAMU!

The worst, most rude, insensitive and abusive staff ever. You can tell by the other reviews just how unprofessional they are not only to customers but those who work there. Clearly a toxic workplace that spills over to customers. No wonder their employees are bottom of the barrel. The staff there upset me so greatly that my husband and I completely missed our event. Small bag dude declined a small bag and brought in people with bigger bags to the front of the line for the summer camp screening. It took two hours to get the whole line through.
