I spoke to a representative two days before I went to fill out the paper work and he told me to come in at 1:00 or after on Monday or Tuesday only. When I got there I was spoken down to and told that I could not fill out paperwork because it was 1:05 and they only accepted applications at or before 1:00. I called to speak to a manager later and let them know about the issue and they acted like nothing was wrong and I was tolk that the only accepted applications at 1:00 exactly.
