Not at all happy with this company, in the beginning it was good since the new people has step in from tx our business just went through a dept of labor audit and was fined for a mistake made by staff ones representative , after being told by one of their own representatives in TX that if we received ant penalty from the audit staff one would pay the penalty. now after several attempts from our attorney to several staff one representatives our attorney is being ignored. we are a small company and hired ARI before staff one a... read more

Staff One personnel are very knowledgeable and helpful! We have been with them since 2002. Any time we have questions about our payroll, insurance or procedures to follow, they can give us the answers in a timely manner. Very nice employees. We recommend them anytime someone asks about how we do our payroll and tax reports.

Today marks the 3rd time in 6 months this company failed to deposit the payroll checks for our entire company. They also took out the incorrect taxes for all of 2017. They disregarded all W4 forms and chose what tax bracket to put everyone in. That coupled with unreliable payroll deposits makes this the worst company to hire for any payroll or HR needs.
