First time there, walked in with no wait, and asked for a beard trim. Requested to have about half the beard taken off. He just put a 2-3 guard on and did a rushed, uneven job. Took 90% of my beard off and it looks horrible. Left there as fast as I could and won't be back.
You can tell that this guy has decades of experience cutting hair. I got a military cut and he whipped it out in under 10 minutes. High, tight, and clean. His shop is huge and he even has some little distractions for the kids.
i went in just wanting a trim up and the older lady there goes “we don’t do girls hair here.” and refuses me service when i literally have a men’s short hair style and always get my hair done at barber shops and i’ve even came here before and had it done, it felt so embarrassing. i don’t know why it matters that i’m a girl when i have the same hair cut as anyone else in there. disappointed
rude customer service.
