Do Not Move Here! The problems don’t become apparent until you’re locked into a lease. 1. Looks Can Be Deceiving While the building appears modern and upscale, the construction quality is poor. The walls are thin, and the materials feel cheap. Even on the top (6th) floor, you can hear and feel neighbors walking or running in their apartments. The pretty fixtures and "free coffee" do not make up for all of the horrible things you have to put up with living here. For the first month and a half of my roommate and I living here one of the elevators was out of service. So you would have to wait sometimes upwards of 5 minutes for the elevator. They have since fixed it but it still sometimes won't let people out and the management doesn't tell people how to unlock it after moving so it often gets locked. Terrible first impression with this property. Leasing office communication is nonexistent they don’t answer calls, don’t return messages, and don’t provide updates. Beshear was dismissive and did not take responsibility for the mistakes. Running someone’s credit for a unit that’s no longer available is unacceptable.

Absolutely the worst leasing experience I’ve ever had. Stadium Yard’s management team is unresponsive and careless. Beshir should be removed from the leasing office he handled everything unprofessionally and cost me money by running a credit check for an unavailable unit. Tenants deserve better treatment than this.
