I've lived at Stadium Yards for a year and a half, and since the new property manager took over, it's been an absolute nightmare. To start, the units are extremely overpriced. I pay over $2,000 per month for a two-bedroom unit. On top of that, you're forced to sign up with Metergy, a shady utility company that didn’t send bills for six months—then hit me with a bill for almost $1,500, demanding payment within 30 days. Really terrible experience trying to rent from here. The leasing team was so incredibly disorganized and unprofessional. They had no idea which units were available and where they were. My initial viewing was great and I chose an available apartment that they said was ready to move in August. I sent through an application and got a call the next day it was approved and that unit was mine. My husband and I moved in three months ago with our 1 year old dog. We absolutely love it here and think the amenities and community make it more than worth it. 1. Jason is absolutely the best building manager ever. He is so helpful, friendly and easy-going. The entire process of going from potential renters to longterm residents has been fantastic because of him. My husband and I joke that if he goes, we go. 2. A+ place for dogs.
