Extremely happy with our living space at stadium yards. Jason and Morgan are such a pleasure when it comes to helping us settle in and feel at home. -very clean and quiet -other tenants are respectful and kind -Great cafe in between buildings. -LOVE the views -most of all, we feel safe. Also have to note, really happy to see they work hard to have the community come together by hosting small events for adults and kids. 10/10 recommend.
I had such a great experience today! Shabi was incredibly lovely and helpful throughout the whole process. She really took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect unit. I couldn’t be happier with the service—thank you so much!
It's been an amazing 2 years here, going on my third. The property is very well kept with regular cleaning and maintenance, and I really love the ambience of the building. Their social lounge and bbq patio which residents can book for free has been the coolest amenity here! It's pet friendly and the neighbours are great too! I also really appreciate the property managers so far. Jason, the current manager is nice and always willing to help out with any issues I've got.
Had truck window smashed 3 times whilst living there also had truck stolen in front of building Marketed as up and coming neighborhood but you are in a hotspot for homeless and crime Also had money taken out of account after I was told my account was closed Do not rent from any rohit living space
