Absolutely terrible management. Our apartment became completely uninhabitable after a flood caused by another unit. We lost personal belongings and were forced to leave and stay in a hotel. The most frustrating part is that the office staff has completely ignored us. They won’t answer our calls, respond to our emails, or provide any updates. Amazing location and staff, AC works great in my unit and additionally there's lots of usable space in the apartments.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! I’m echoing the same frustrations as the previous reviewer. The complex itself is decent—the amenities are nice and the two-bedroom setups work well for roommates. But my experience with management during and after move-out was absolutely terrible. They waited nearly three weeks to send the move-out inspection report, long after a new tenant had already moved in, leaving me no chance to review or dispute their unsubstantiated charges. I am also sharing my frustration as the previous commenter. The overall complex is nice, amenities are good, very accommodating 2 bedroom set up for roommate style living. But I have had a categorically horrendous experience with management during and post move out. They delayed the move out inspection report, delivering it to me nearly 3 weeks after move out, and after a new tenant had already moved into the unit, providing me no time to review any assessments.
