I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this apartment complex. Our air conditioning was out for 20 days, making the unit completely unlivable due to extreme heat. The maintenance team came out six different times and still couldn’t fix the issue. Instead of calling an HVAC specialist earlier, they waited until every one of their failed attempts had wasted our time. This apartment complex has been nothing but a headache. They waited until the last possible day to inform me there might be an issue with my lease and then threatened to charge me extra if it wasn’t resolved that same day. When I tried calling the leasing office for help, I was met with total silence no returned calls, no responses. When I finally got in touch with someone, Brandy and Ciara seemed far more concerned with pushing me to leave a five-star review than actually helping me resolve the issue. I just have to say that Ciara went above and beyond to help me get my application completed and submitted. I had multiple glitches in my application process and had to go into the leasing office several times. She went thru the process with me step by step a couple of times, she was kind, helpful, and patient in a very frustrating situation.
