The apartment itself is nice and has good features, but the community overall is not peaceful. The complex describes itself as a luxury community, however the day-to-day living experience does not reflect that standard. While the unit layout is good, the patios are spacious, the gym is decent and recently renovated, and location is convenient, the overall experience falls short of a luxury living environment. Finally getting around to writing a review after I moved out a few months ago. This place is awful. Particularly the management. I lived there for 5 years & it’s gone completely downhill since they took over. First off, they do not help you with anything in the office. The people in the office have been stripped down to only helping with sales. They do not care about anything else. The ONLY nice thing about this apartment complex is the pool. The management acts like they care and are there to help, but they provide absolutely no support or value...the price is a rip off, you will be charged a ton of fees like "lifestyle fee" and "parking fee" and "garbage fee" all so they can take extra money from you. There is no "lifestyle" benefits that they provide, the parking fee is a money grab and the garbage fee is ridiculous. The garbage is literally overflowing 24/7.
