Decent mobile home park, I rented from an individual! The road that the park is located is lacking any type of drainage. The end towards middle school floods with any amount of rain, averages (~6" to 8" plus) of water left on the road, sometimes for days at a time.
This property is professionally kept and Run.... Property manager is very nice and helpful. Always answers our questions quickly and takes care of any maintenance issues promptly.
new manager Monica is awesome since she has taken over a lot has been done she has a great attitude and very friendly!
