i just wanted to share my experience with this property manager since they never got back to me on this. and i hope they don’t waste anyone else’s time, energy, and gas. Management sucks and things never get fixed! After a month of moving in, I tried to use the dishwasher and it was broke. It took them 5 months to replace it. The bedroom window wouldn’t open, and she never sent anyone to look at it. (She will ignore you if you keep calling and texting her) she doesn’t communicate whatsoever, but will take your money. The manager, Jaquera is the best. The move in process was so easy. Even after moving in, makes sure everything is to my family’s liking. She’s always available to answer any questions and gets things done in a timely manner. It also helps that she has a great friendly, welcoming attitude.
