I lived here for a total of 2 years and watched them cycle through a concerning amount of property management groups. Their actions have shown that they have no interest in communicating with their renters. they conveniently have a broken phone half the time and can only be reached via email. when you do email them do not expect to ever receive a response back. I don't why this is but they share the parking lot with the sports center and they will tow the residents cars for parking "in their space." The apartment also has very thin walls. I heard the people having sex at random times especially in the middle of the night all the time from downstairs! And they claimed that I made noise. The apartment usually takes one side doesnt listen to the other. They really need to do something about the sharing space with sports center. For an apartment it was just ok. Pros: Walking distance to OSU & Lennox Shopping Plaza Great maintenance team that was always quick, responsive, and friendly The apartments themselves (or at least mine) wasn’t bad. Very very small, but overall cute. It’s a peaceful, quiet complex in a pretty safe area. I rarely heard my neighbors and any interactions I had with neighbors were friendly. Cons: The common areas/hallways are pretty nasty, but they do have a cleaning company that comes every week or so! Could use some new carpet ... read more
Like company they're REALLY NASTY, I live in one of their condoms, for two year with the prior owners, then I was having some issues, and they said that one's that I renew my lease like completely renew they could come and fix everything and I did but it has been 3 months paying 200$ more and they hadn't done anything they don't answer call they just come to see go back and never come back. Trust me don't move here, they're going to treat you like a joke. They still your money and they have nasty admission.
