Kind and cooperative staff. However, my newly purchased car of 2 weeks was left with Gettel Service on 15 Sep because of port add on PPF flaws that I pointed out. I got my car back on 17 Oct. Seven Gettel personnel communicated with me over this time period. On 3 Oct Gettel Service told ne my car should be ready on 6 or 7 Oct--I heard nothing so I reached out to my Gettel Sales Advisor on 15 Oct.
