My phone was stolen at this storage facility, literally right under one of the cameras. When I called the police and asked to see the footage, the response was: “it’s not possible”. Makes me wonder if the cameras are even real, despite the facility advertising “24-hour surveillance.”
Trung is responsive, kind, and courteous. When I needed to upgrade to a larger unit, he was super responsive and was able to accommodate my request within a short turnaround. I've really only had positive experiences with Trung and this storage facility. Highly recommend (although it does appear there is typically a waitlist for larger units)
Been using this storage for a year. The only reason they have the business is because of location. There is no other storage facility nearby. In terms of facility, it sucks. Zero parking and not even a space outside to stop for even a few minutes - lots of traffic cops happily giving tickets in the area at all times. This makes moving things in and out extremely difficult. Little to no elevator access.
