Been using this storage for a year. The only reason they have the business is because of location. There is no other storage facility nearby. In terms of facility, it sucks. Zero parking and not even a space outside to stop for even a few minutes - lots of traffic cops happily giving tickets in the area at all times. This makes moving things in and out extremely difficult. Little to no elevator access. They really got me out of a situation. I had nowhere to store my bike and a plane to catch in a few hours, and I cycled past these guys. Very cheap, very central. Very good.
Very unprofessionally run. Lot of lying about their hours of operation. Website masks the fact that they are closed on Saturday. Sunday is very limited hours (scattered couple of hours early morning and late evening), during which the place is run by a relief guy who doesn’t have access to basic things like dollies. There are no loading area, with very active parking enforcement in the street, so most likely you will get a parking ticket. Yet they charge similar to professional self storage places.
