After completing my first Hyrox in Washington DC, I saw that Stadium Performance started a Hyrox program, so I signed up and have been taking classes with Coach Julian. The classes are well designed to prepare people for Hyrox, including pushing endurance with little rest between stations. Stadium Performance has all of the Hyrox equipment including the turf area with sled push and pulls. Had my assessment with Joe Caligiuri. He's got a great approach and is clearly very knowledgeable. I'm looking forward to working with him to develop the training program I need to improve my overall strength and conditioning.
