My son has been training at Stadium for the past two years, and the results have been incredible. Joe, the owner, has gone above and beyond to help him develop in the safest, most effective way possible. The guy is a wealth of knowledge, but what sets him apart is how much he genuinely cares about every athlete who walks through his doors. My daughter who is now 13 plays hockey , soccer and Lacrosse. She has been working out at Stadium Performance for three years . Since she has been working out here she has had zero injuries , she is significantly stronger , faster and overall healthier . I can’t recommend this place enough . Kevin the main trainer is very personable and pushes the athletes and motivates at the same time .
The team at Stadium Performance is fantastic. They helped my daughter come back from an ACL tear and have provided a great protocol for her to fully return to sport activities. She looks forward to going to Stadium Performance multiple times a week. She's stronger than ever which has helped with her overall confidence. Their turf room has been great for her to work on soccer skills while coming back from her injury. If you're looking for a place for your child to grow, improve and get better, this is it.
Great place to train for speed and injury prevention. Kevin is super knowledgeable and puts together awesome personal workouts.
