When Joe greeted my daughter for her first session he said something along the lines of welcome to SP, we are family here and that could not be more true. After completing my first Hyrox in Washington DC, I saw that Stadium Performance started a Hyrox program, so I signed up and have been taking classes with Coach Julian. The classes are well designed to prepare people for Hyrox, including pushing endurance with little rest between stations. Stadium Performance has all of the Hyrox equipment including the turf area with sled push and pulls. This place is great! My son is a big fan and gets great guidance from the coaches/trainers. Love!
