Good gym, 24/7 hours, good location and decent amount of equipment. But it has cheap circus mirrors which warp people's bodies in unpredictable ways - bigger or smaller in different places. You never get to see your true size in the mirror, which is terrible for body dysmorphia. No one wants to feel like a clown in a gym setting where people are working on their weight in general. Stadium Fitness is a conveniently located gym in East Perth. They recently expanded and have very large areas for all your needs - cardio, lifting and machines. They never get too crowded and everything js nicely spaced out. The staff here are also wonderful to speak to - they offer FIFO rates too making it such good value even if you’re not always in Perth. Plenty of parking out the front on weekends and in walking distance if you’re in East Perth!

I really like this gym. It has a great variety of machines to train all your muscles to absolute failure. The staff is very friendly. Pro's: -Doesn't get very busy.
