On Christmas Day as we were setting out dinner for 21 guests, my well pump died. Mark had serviced the pump a year earlier and said it was coming to the end of its life, but recommended running it til it died. I texted Mark that evening and he contacted me at 7 am Dec 26. By 10 am he was pulling 640’ of pipe out of the ground with his amazing modern equipment. The new pump was delivered that afternoon. He was back at 7 am to begin installation. Great service and staff.
We had an issue with our holding tank pump, and they came out first thing the next morning and fixed it. Excellent customer service!
I woke up with no water following a winter storm. Stadeli was my first call. Despite horrible road conditions, Mark had my water back before 2pm. The service provided was also reasonably priced. I couldn’t recommend Stadeli more.
Mark came over handled business just like he said he would gave us a Great new water system pretty affordable compared to a lot of the other quotes that we got very happy, very nice People great job we will definitely be back for all of our water needs.
