they are "too busy" for their own patients. you can make an appointment 3 months in advance and leave work in the morning to go sit in the waiting room until they close and lock the doors inside. while you are waiting hours after your appointment time and 3 patients still ahead of you they will take walk in patients to go ahead of everyone. when you call for the 5th time in 3 weeks for the same reason you are told go find a family doctor, because your psychiatrist is "too busy" for you. but don't forget, they are always acce... read more
Jan 30 2026. Between myself reaching out to the office and the pharmacist, we have been trying to get my sons meds refilled for almost a month. The office says they keep passing the message along. No response on Dr. Ades behalf. My son NEEDS meds to be functional, and these meds you can't go off suddenly. He has too many patients and his schedule is too filled. These are children and they are going without. Not only is our next appt not until april, we wait HOURS ( more than 3) to get in to see him. Im tired and exhausted of... read more
I am very thankful for the helpful staff and Doctors at this clinic.
I absolutely love Dr. Ajayi. She has been incredibly helpful and supportive for my child, and I’m very grateful for her care. Unfortunately, the clinic’s administrative side has been consistently frustrating. I’ve never been contacted to book follow up appointments when I was told I would be, and I often have to call two or three times just to secure an appointment. This is extra frustrating at the moment since my daughters ability to return to school depends on the appointment that was supposed to be made already. When i sp... read more
