Every time I call to try and make an appointment with either mine and my husbands doctor or my children’s I am put on hold for a minimum of 20mins I’m so frustrated I’ve started to see a different paediatrician and will now be looking for another doctor as Dr Marry has left and Dr Stella apparently only has room to take my husband but not me, this surgery is ran so unprofessionally it’s sad to see as we need more doctors is this town
This clinic is a fantastic clinic, modern and very neat. The front staff always do their best to help. They are very friendly, approachable and always have smiles on their faces. They get really busy sometimes though, especially on the phones. I think that is common for a busy medical clinic. The doctors here are nice too especially Dr. Stella. I love her. I highly recommend Stadek. I think this is the only clinic in town that actually cares and takes time with patients...
The receptionist does not answer the phone or return calls. Dr. Mary is currently on leave, but it appears that no one at the clinic is managing her patients during her absence. This is completely unacceptable, especially when patients are kept on hold for 40 minutes only to have the call disconnected without assistance. This level of patient care and communication is very disappointing and needs to be addressed
they are "too busy" for their own patients. you can make an appointment 3 months in advance and leave work in the morning to go sit in the waiting room until they close and lock the doors inside. while you are waiting hours after your appointment time and 3 patients still ahead of you they will take walk in patients to go ahead of everyone. when you call for the 5th time in 3 weeks for the same reason you are told go find a family doctor, because your psychiatrist is "too busy" for you. but don't forget, they are always acce... read more
Jan 30 2026. Between myself reaching out to the office and the pharmacist, we have been trying to get my sons meds refilled for almost a month. The office says they keep passing the message along. No response on Dr. Ades behalf. My son NEEDS meds to be functional, and these meds you can't go off suddenly. He has too many patients and his schedule is too filled. These are children and they are going without. Not only is our next appt not until april, we wait HOURS ( more than 3) to get in to see him. Im tired and exhausted of... read more
