Stacy's HVAC Repair Services Inc was fantastic. The team arrived on time and worked efficiently to clean our air ducts. They were professional, courteous, and took the time to explain the process. The difference in air quality is incredible; our home feels so much fresher.
I called them yesterday, they came today and fixed my heat pump..He was so kind and courteous..Stacys went beyond what I have ever had a company do for me..So reasonable priced also..Not like the big companies I have had which cost me a fortune and I usually got ripped off..I Highly recommend Stacys..
Very poor customer service, will not pick up defective equipment even though it's under warranty. I'm not a happy camper.
