I have been going to Stacy’s New Day fitness for a little over 3 years. I love the staff and the gym is the perfect size. The gym is always clean with good music playing while you workout. I love coming here as much as I can and this will definitely be my forever gym.
This is such a great gym! I've been going for 3 mo. I think the owner, Stacy, is wonderful. She always has a smile of welcome on her face! She is very helpful with any questions you may have - from how to do a certain exercise, to helping to find a trainer! The gym is small - you will never get lost in the shuffle! Come and check the gym out! I think you'll love it!
A diamond of a gym. Everything you could want in equipment and a true community atmosphere. Stacy is an inspiration and will help you get started on your fitness journey and help you stay on track.
Beautiful atmosphere and great equipment. Perfect for all levels of fitness. With free weights and circut equipment.
Terrible gym as the owners are terible and customer service is worst. I would take plannet fitness anyday of the week lol 😆
