We just had a wonderful experience there. Appointment was efficient, staff was friendly and knowledgable. Dr tanaka took the time to talk with us and answer any questions/concerns we had. It took a little while to get an appointment, but that is to be expected with any specialty Doctor. She made my daughter feel comfortable when these type of appointments are not typically
Our son's circumcision was scheduled for when he is 4 months old only to find out the perfect window to have this done is 2-3 months of age, ( we called when he was 2 months old!) we will be finding another doctor asap! If they are this unorganized about an appointment imagine how they could mess up an actual operation! Completely dissatisfied with how nonchalant they were about the difference in a simple in office procedure as opposed to being under anesthesia for an infant!!
