Dr. Spivack is a very good Dr. I have used her for treatment for Sciatica, Neck Arthritis, and knee arthritis. She takes the time to listen and I have been happy with the way she has treated all three. I would highly recommend her.
She is an absolutely wonderful doctor, very knowledgeable & truly cares about her patients. She talks with you & not at you. She listens to your concerns & does her very best to help find solutions you are comfortable participating with. For example, if you would rather not use certain medications like steroids, she will offer what she feels is a possible alternative. I’ve been seeing Dr Gross for over 5 years . She is a great doctor always helpful . The office staff is great . No wait time ever . I have recommended her to several other people and they find her to be an outstanding doctor
Initial visit went well, but the virtual-visit follow-up did not. After waiting a half-hour past the scheduled appointment, I finally got to meet with Dr. Spivack. Miscommunication and lack of information from her scheduling team caused problems for me. The Dr. fought me a bit on that, and generally seemed to have some attitude throughout the whole visit. She did agree to try and ensure I'd be seen by a specialist as soon as possible, and that was helpful. Overall though, pretty disappointed.
