Years ago, I had a dangerous uterine bleeding event while on a trip. By the time I made it home to MT, I was dizzy and had lost much blood. While Shomento was examining me with an internal ultrasound wand--and I was in an exceedingly vulnerable position and scared--she made the crass remark, 'You're lucky you didn't bleed-out in Walmart!' I burst out crying and never went to her again. It was unprofessional and unkind.
I would highly recommend Dr. Shomento to anyone going through infertility. She is so patient & understanding in a very emotional time. She finally gave me answers I had been long searching for. I'll always be greatful for her care!
