I went in for a spiral perm last Friday. I was so excited and thought for the price I was paying that I would receive a quality job. Much to my surprise the quality of the perm on a scale of 0 to 10 was a 0. The perm came out horrible. One thing missing was the spiral curls. According to their brochure the spiral curl was to be from top to bottom. I came out looking like witch on a bad hair day. My hair is totally out of control. Stacy Monroe's is a big city salon in a small town. I love it!!!
Had a 60 minute swedish massage with Felicia. She's very good if a little tentative. It would be nice if there was a relaxation room to use before and after massages other than the little reception area. I would use them again though.
