I worked with Stacy for two transactions, one to sell my home and the other to purchase a new home. My new home purchase was wonderfully easy and super quick. However, the selling of my home with the buyers lender was incredibly frustrating, took longer than expected and felt quite ridiculous at times. Stacy navigated through and got it done, but I don't believe that lender should have ever been considered.
