I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Stacy M. Nassau! She’s kind, patient, and always goes above and beyond to make sure her patients feel heard and cared for. She’s the kind of doctor who remembers every detail and treats you like family. I’m so grateful to have her as my doctor! The reason why I rate this one star is because of how the office is administered. It’s ridiculous! I had an appointment scheduled for over 2 weeks. Once I arrived “on time “ to my appointment the front desk lady loudly and abruptly told me that the Doctor does not accept my insurance. I was in total shock because when I scheduled the appointment they verify my insurance while on the phone.
