Stacy and her team catered for our 3 day wedding last May. We wanted an Indian Cajun fusion meal and they delivered a fantastic and varied menu for each of the 3 events. Day one was out of this world. Stacy made a butter chicken and a mutton curry that was fabulous. Stacy’s catering catered my wedding Jan. 10. Guests raved all night about how good the food was overall. The only consistent complaint I heard was that the fries served during cocktail hour were extremely salty. The groom and I did not taste them ourselves, as the heavy salt was visible and unappealing. Additionally, I had requested McDonald’s-style fries, not fries served in McDonald’s packaging, so that detail did not align with what was discussed. We discussed the fries in a paper cone. Choosing Stacy’s for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made! The tasting was enjoyable and helped us shape our menu beautifully. The food at the wedding was outstanding, and the service was exceptional. We also had them provide a drop-off for a smaller event the following day, which was fantastic as well. Our guests haven't stopped raving about how delicious the food was. This isn't your typical wedding fare; it was flavorful and truly delicious! We wholeheartedly recommend Stacy’s and cannot thank them enough!
They catered our wedding this weekend. We had in state and out of state guest and everyone raved about our food! We had a good blend of Cajun favorites and the tenderloin bites. I highly recommend the meat pies too!
Stacy catered our recent wedding, and the feedback from all of ours guests has been the same -- "the food was amazing! I've never had wedding food so good before!" Truly, she knocked it out of the park! If I ever need a caterer for another event, I won't even look. I will book Stacy again and again until she retires. I'm still dreaming about those tenderloin bites and the gourmet sliders.
