Posting this on behalf of my wife, who was in tears after the experience she had at Dr. Edwards office. Dr. Edwards was my wide's PCP for nearly 20 years, but closed her own practice and joined Diagnostic Clinic Medical Group a while back. This doctor is profit driven only their policy is to have an annual physical which was required by the doctor and after two years i’ve seeing the physicians assistant they finally scheduled an appointment. My insurance company will pay for an annual physical but Dr will not code the physical visit correctly because “I asked questions “ During the physical she was condescending and dismissive and after 30 minutes she told me she had to go because she had other patients. I find it interesting that I’ve never heard from the office regarding the results of my scans five or six months ago. Apparently I owe a balance which I knew nothing of. But by God they called me about that. Needless to say I’m a little perturbed about that.
Not sure why the bad review from the last person. Sure it was a long hold to get on the phone but I was able to schedule an appointment as a new patient and get in the same week. I was able to get in and out in 30 minutes. The picture and location on the maps is not right tho because the correct building is actually two buildings down from further south but still same side of McMullen
