Terrible communication and service Thankfully, we had Stacy do our engagement photos before our wedding. After telling us it would be about two weeks to get our proofs, she only contacted us after multiple phone calls from my fianc and I one month later. We cancelled the wedding contract the day after the getting the proofs and have yet to receive our refund. It has been 2.5 months and I have made multiple phone calls to her and sent multiple emails. Wedding Photography I would not recommend this photographer as we did not receive our wedding photographs until 74 days after the wedding. The contract specifically stated we would have our pictures to view within 15 business days from the wedding date. Stacy Howell was not professional and would not return our call inquiries regarding our wedding photographs.
