I would give Stacy Henderson 10 stars if I could! If you are looking for a realtor who will go the extra mile and then some, look no further! Stacy was amazing from start to finish in selling my parents house in a short time! Her extensive knowledge on helping my parents with the downsizing process, decision making and preparing the house to be put on the market were excellent! Her marketing skills with the house were also top notch. Hire her and you will be impressed! She will get the job done!

If there is a way to give Stacy Henderson a 10 star review I would. Imagen this...you live in another state, 2.5 hours away, and through a course of untimely events you are assigned court appointed guardianship of a relative. Now what? He has a house in the Crownsville, Maryland and Arden on the Severn area. I don't know anything about the area, the real-estate market, yet here we are with a house to sell. Stacey was amazing. She is a true realtor, not someone who you hire to sell your house and then requests that you lower the price. She is a true professional who works hard to sell your house. Her ideas and hard work sold my house. I truly believe she was the deciding factor in this strange market. I highly recommend her to list and sell your property
